The location was amazing! Just a short stroll to everything exciting in London. The room, however, was a bit cramped and the noise from neighbors made it hard to sleep. 😩

Great for a budget traveler
The staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to help with any queries, and it felt nice to have that personal touch throughout my stay. the location was spot-on. just a short walk from public transport and some great little eateries nearby.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but it was still bearable, given everything else.

Great location but cramped rooms
The hotel's proximity to Hyde Park and public transport was fantastic for exploring London. the room we stayed in felt very cramped, making it a bit uncomfortable for two people. While the breakfast was quite varied and enjoyable, the cleanliness of the common areas could definitely use some improvement.

the hotel was in a great location, just a 5 min walk from paddington station. my room was small but comfy, with a nice ensuite bathroom. staff were super friendly and helpful, made check-in easy. breakfast was good too, had a traditional english spread. overall, for a pensioner like me, it was defo within budget and very decent.
rooms are a bit cramped, not much space to move around. also, no air conditioning which was a bit of a bummer when it got warm outside.
